Miami-Dade voters will decide whether to keep Judge Fleur Jeannine Lobree on Florida's Third District Court of Appeal when they cast ballots on Tuesday, Nov. 3.

Lobree's name appears on the ballot as a nonpartisan retention question. Voters will mark "yes" to retain her or "no" to remove her. A retention vote is not a contest between candidates. If a majority votes "yes," the judge stays on the bench. If a majority votes "no," the governor appoints a replacement.
