Members of the University of Miami's Delta Phi Epsilon sorority filmed promotional content for Fox Entertainment's Baywatch reboot at Crandon Park on Key Biscayne.
The chapter was one of four sororities nationwide recruited to help launch the trailer for the 12-episode series, which premieres in January 2027, according to a WSVN segment that aired Oct. 16. The sorority members shot TikToks, photos and choreographed dances on the beach, using Dolly Parton's "9 to 5" for their dance routine.
"We are working all together making awesome content, pictures, TikTok, some funny ones, sexy ones and some dances," Delta Phi Epsilon member Camila Goveo said.
Jake Motyl, founder of Campus Launch, the company that organized the collaboration with Fox, called it "one of the largest sorority collabs of all time." Motyl said sorority activations are the strongest way to reach Gen Z audiences. The names of the other three participating sororities were not disclosed in the report.
Fellow member Vivian Amoia said the entire chapter came out to Crandon Park for the shoot. She described the event as a celebration tied to the new Baywatch trailer release.
