Key Biscayne residents can play padel and pickleball for free on newly opened Village courts, available seven days a week.
The Village of Key Biscayne announced on X on Friday, Aug. 28, that the courts are open daily from noon to 5 p.m. at no cost to verified residents.
How to register
Residents need to take two steps before booking court time:
- Download the Playtomic app and create an account. Use the same email address you plan to use for residency verification.
- Verify residency either in person at Village Hall, 88 W. McIntyre St., or through the Village's online registration form.
Playtomic is a racket-sport booking platform that lets players reserve courts and find matches. The app is available on iOS and Android.
The announcement did not include the specific court location, the number of courts, or whether the free program has an end date.
